The Triumph Speed Twin TFC is the fifth model in the Triumph Factory Custom lineup. Only 750 units will be produced globally, each with an individual number and a Certificate of Authenticity. Pre-orders are open in select global markets, and deliveries are set to begin in October 2026. The limited production means the model is unlikely to be available in India.
Key Highlights
- Triumph Speed Twin TFC is limited to 750 units worldwide with individual numbering.
- Features Obsidian Gold-painted carbon-fibre parts and exclusive finishes.
- Powered by a 1,200cc engine producing 104 HP and 112 Nm torque.
- Includes Öhlins suspension, Brembo brakes and Triumph Shift Assist as standard.
Exclusive Design and Materials
The Speed Twin TFC builds on the regular Speed Twin’s Bonneville styling, adding a more focused cafe racer character. It features a sportier riding position, lighter materials, and enhanced chassis hardware. Clip-on handlebars and rear-set footpegs bring the rider closer to the front, creating a more engaged riding experience. The billet aluminium upper yoke displays the motorcycle’s laser-etched production number.
The TFC sports a special Obsidian Gold paint scheme. Gold metallic particles are visible under changing light, set against a dark base colour. Polished carbon-fibre front and rear mudguards, sculpted side panels, and heel guards further the exclusive look. Black finishes cover the fork sliders, control plates, engine covers, and rear sprocket. Gold-anodised suspension parts and a gold chain provide visual contrast.
The solo seat uses black leather and high-grip suede, with ribbed sections and hand-finished stitching. Machined bar-end mirrors and compact multifunction rear lights contribute to a clean design. The rear indicators also serve as the brake light and tail light. Carbon fibre is used in the mudguards to help reduce weight.
Performance and Technology
The Speed Twin TFC features fully adjustable Ohlins suspension at both ends, allowing for preload, compression, and rebound damping adjustments. Black suspension components and gold-anodised details complement the motorcycle’s appearance. Braking is handled by Brembo Stylema front callipers, a radial master cylinder, and an adjustable MCS lever. The TFC has a claimed kerb weight of 214 kg.
The motorcycle is powered by Triumph’s 1,200cc High Power Bonneville parallel-twin engine. It produces 104 HP at 7,750 rpm and 112 Nm of torque at 4,250 rpm. Most of the performance is accessible without needing to reach the engine’s redline. Twin Akrapovic titanium silencers with black detailing and carbon-fibre end caps replace the standard exhaust units, matching the motorcycle’s styling.
Triumph Shift Assist comes standard, enabling clutchless upshifts and downshifts through the six-speed gearbox. Automatic rev matching during downshifts helps keep the rear stable when braking hard into corners.
