New TVS Apache RTR 160 4V Launched at IBW 2023

TVS Motor Company has launched the new 2023 Apache RTR 160 4V in India, with a host of upgrades and a new colour scheme. The bike is priced at Rs 1.30 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi), which is the same as the special edition model that was introduced in 2022.
The new Apache RTR 160 4V gets a redesigned exhaust canister, which is 1kg lighter than the previous unit and claims to amplify the exhaust note. It also features adjustable clutch and brake levers, which are the first in the segment. The levers can be easily adjusted without any additional tool, according to the company.
The bike also sports a dual-tone, red and black seat that complements the new Pearl White colour option. The other colour options are Racing Red and Gloss Black. The bike also gets a gear indicator, a full-LED headlamp, three riding modes and a Bluetooth-enabled instrument cluster.
BHP of Apache has increased after addition of a 240 mm disc at rear compared to the earlier disc size. You can also find three ride modes such as, Rain, Sport, and Urban.
TVS has given the bluetooth option to connect your phones for all the IOT. With the help of bluetooth you can access SMS notifications, locations. Crash alerts, navigations and many other facilities.

The bike also have features of voice assistance. The bike has an oil cooled, 159.7cc engine. The engine is providing different power and torque at different modes. The engine is available with a 5-speed gearbox.

Though Apache RTR 160 4V is being welcomed in India with grand opening and interest, the bike is said to compete with Honda CB Hornet 2.0 and Hero Xtreme 160R 4V.
