By introducing the new Raider iGO model, which retails for Rs 98,389 (ex-showroom, Delhi), TVS has increased the number of Raiders in its range. This most recent addition stands out among the Raider series because of its improved performance and distinctive appearance.
Raider iGO: Performance Boost
The TVS Raider iGO has a Boost capability, just as the new Jupiter 110. Through the use of the Integrated Starter Generator (ISG), this innovation gives riders an additional 0.55Nm of torque. According to TVS, this surge may be activated twice in a minute, providing improved performance during rapid acceleration bursts.
The 124.8cc engine that powers the Raider produces 11.4 horsepower and 11.2 Nm of torque. It is still among the lightest commuter bikes available, with a kerb weight of only 123 kg, which makes it a quick and effective ride.
Unique Design and Price Difference
TVS has added a custom Nardo Grey paint scheme and eye-catching red wheels to set the iGO model apart. The Raider iGO is an inexpensive upgrade for individuals looking for greater torque and a unique look, costing Rs 680 more than the split seat model.
Raider iGO vs. Other Variants
With the launch of the iGO, the Raider lineup now features six variants:
- Drum
- Single Seat
- Split Seat
- iGO
- Super Squad Edition
- SX (the only variant equipped with a TFT display, unlike the LCD found on other models)
The Raider iGO combines performance enhancements with eye-catching design, offering a compelling option for riders looking for an extra edge on the road.
