Royal Enfield has launched the Shotgun 650 x Rough Crafts Limited Edition in India at Rs 5.75 lakh (ex-showroom). The motorcycle is a result of a collaboration with Taiwanese custom motorcycle builder Rough Crafts. Only 100 numbered units will be produced globally, with 25 units allocated for the Indian market.
Key Highlights
- Royal Enfield launches Shotgun 650 x Rough Crafts at Rs 5.75 lakh ex-showroom.
- Only 100 units are produced globally, with 25 allotted for India.
- Features unique black paint, a gold leaf stripe, and exclusive components.
- Uses a 648cc parallel-twin engine with 46.4 HP and 52.3 Nm torque.
Limited Edition Features
The Royal Enfield Shotgun 650 x Rough Crafts takes design cues from the one-off 'Calibre Royale' custom motorcycle. This custom bike was first showcased at EICMA 2025 and later appeared at Motoverse the same year. The production model retains much of the original's dark custom styling.
The motorcycle sports a unique paint scheme, combining Gloss Jet Black and Matte Stealth Black with contrasting grey graphics. A genuine hand-applied gold leaf stripe runs across the bodywork, adding a premium touch. Gold-finished upside-down fork tubes and contrast-cut alloy wheels further distinguish the limited edition.
Other exclusive components include bar-end mirrors, a machined fuel filler cap, and a cast brass tank badge inspired by the Rough Crafts custom build. The single-piece seat features premium quilted leather upholstery, reflecting the pattern of the original Calibre Royale.
Engine and Specifications
Mechanically, the Shotgun 650 x Rough Crafts remains unchanged from the standard model. It uses a 648cc, parallel-twin, air/oil-cooled engine that produces 46.4 HP and 52.3 Nm of torque. The engine is paired with a six-speed gearbox and a slipper clutch.
Each motorcycle comes with a hand-signed artwork by Rough Crafts founder Winston Yeh. The artwork carries the same serial number as the motorcycle, adding to its exclusivity. Buyers must register online before the purchase window opens. This process ensures that only a select few will own one of Royal Enfield's rarest factory-built motorcycles.
Availability and Allotment
Royal Enfield will produce only 100 units of the Shotgun 650 x Rough Crafts worldwide. Of these, 25 units are reserved for India. The limited numbers and exclusive features make this motorcycle a rare offering in the Indian market.
