Strategic Partnership to Support Infrastructure for Upcoming EV Launch
In a major step toward building a strong customer support ecosystem in India, Vietnamese EV manufacturer VinFast has announced a strategic partnership with Global Assure, a leading vehicle assistance and service provider. Through this collaboration, VinFast aims to deliver seamless, round-the-clock customer care services as it gears up to launch its premium electric SUVs, the VF 6 and VF 7, in the Indian market.
24/7 Support and Nationwide Accessibility
As part of the agreement, Global Assure will handle the complete delivery of essential aftersales services, including:
- Dedicated 24/7 Call Centres: Staffed by trained professionals to provide real-time assistance for customer queries and concerns at any hour.
- Nationwide Roadside Assistance (RSA): Reliable and fast emergency support to ensure VinFast owners are never stranded, regardless of location.
- Mobile Charging Solutions: On-demand EV charging facilities designed to bring power to customers, wherever they are.
- On-Demand Mobile Service Operations: A fleet of fully equipped emergency service vans to deliver basic on-site repairs and maintenance in the event of unexpected breakdowns.
These services will be accessible to VinFast customers across the country via a toll-free helpline: 1800-571-8888 and a dedicated email address: vfcareindia@vinfastauto.in.
