Booking Process and Delivery Timeline
Customers can book the VF MPV 7 either online through VinFast’s official website or by visiting a local dealership. For online bookings, buyers need to provide their full name, state, city, mobile number, OTP, and email ID. The booking amount is set at Rs 21,000. After payment, buyers receive a booking confirmation.
At dealerships, a sales representative guides customers through the booking process. Buyers must fill in personal details and select their preferred variant, exterior, and interior colour options. Features and Specifications

The VF MPV 7 shares its design language with other VinFast EVs like the VF6 and VF7. The interior features a clean, minimalist look, a 10.1-inch touchscreen infotainment system, wired Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, and connected car technology. Additional features include keyless entry, automatic climate control, and a push-button start system.
Some features are not available, such as a sunroof, wireless phone charger, and ventilated seats. Safety equipment includes four airbags, a tyre pressure monitoring system (TPMS), an electronic parking brake with auto hold, all-wheel disc brakes, ABS with EBD, electronic stability control (ESC), front and rear parking sensors, a 360-degree camera, multiple airbags, hill start assist, and traction control.
The VF MPV 7 uses a single battery pack. Detailed specifications are available on VinFast’s website and related reports.
Market Competition
The VF MPV 7 competes directly with electric MPVs such as the Kia Carens Clavis EV and Mahindra XEV 9S. It also faces competition from internal combustion engine (ICE)-powered 7-seater MPVs like the Toyota Innova Hycross, Mahindra XUV 7XO, Hyundai Alcazar, and Kia Carens Clavis. VinFast aims to attract buyers looking for an electric alternative in the MPV segment.
