Design

The Vida V1 models are designed and developed in India but are intended for the entire world. That is the reason for its intriguing design and looks that are appealing to the global audience. The basic design elements are rather sleek and balanced. There aren't many curves or wrinkles, but the fascia has some sharp lines. The credit belongs to the angular headlight design and tinted flyscreen.

The split seats give it a sporty appearance from the side, but when you get closer, you'll find that the seat texture is pretty simple. The Vida V1 rear seems out of place due to its huge black tail portion. The cycle component is removable, but the design gives it a utilitarian appearance, which is less appealing to youths alike.

This scooter is available in a variety of colours. While the orange variation is heavily promoted by the brand, the blue variant appears to be more youthful.

Technology

The Hero Vida V1 is equipped with a 7-inch full-color TFT touchscreen, keyless access, and switch cubes for easy function selection.  All electronics on the scooter are IP65 rated, for longevity in a variety of circumstances.

There are also other riding modes available to assist users customise their rides, including Eco, Ride, Sport, and Custom.  Other important technological features include turn-by-turn navigation, digital document storage, in-app performance customisation, and over-the-air software updates.

Variants, Battery, and Motor

The Hero Vida V1 electric scooter comes in three variants all with different battery configurations. The models include - Hero Vida V1 Pro, Hero Vida V1 Plus and the Hero Vida V1 Lite. The V1 Pro has a bigger battery of 3.94kWh, the Plus has a slightly smaller one of 3.44kWh and the Lite has 2.2kWh. The Pro model can travel 165km on a full charge based on Indian driving tests, the Plus model can go up-to 143km and Lite can go upto 94 km. In real-world conditions, the Hero Vida V1 can take you up to 110km on a full charge which takes only 65 minutes to charge up to 80%.

Moreover, Hero Vida 1 models include an IP68-rated motor. The V1 Pro takes the lead in 0-40kmph sprints in 3.2 seconds, V1 Plus does not lag far behind, completing the same sprint in 3.4 seconds, while the Lite version can sprint the same in 4.2 seconds.

Competition
