Honda CB350 Brigade Latest Update

Latest Update

The Honda CB350 Brigade is a new retro-styled motorcycle that is expected to launch in India in second half of 2024. The bike is based on the popular Honda H'ness CB350, but features a more rugged and adventurous design. The bike will compete with the likes of Royal Enfield Himalayan, BMW G 310 GS and KTM 390 Adventure in the segment.

Introduction

The Honda CB350 Brigade is a modern classic bike that combines the charm of the old-school CB series with the performance and reliability of the current Honda engines.

The bike is designed to appeal to the riders who want a versatile and comfortable machine that can handle both city and off-road conditions. The bike has a round LED headlamp, a tall windscreen, a single-piece seat, a luggage rack, a bash plate and knobby tyres.

Variant and Color

The Honda CB350 Brigade will be available in two variants: DLX and DLX Pro. The DLX variant will offer single-channel ABS, while the DLX Pro variant will offer dual-channel ABS and smartphone connectivity via Bluetooth. The bike will also have three color options: Matte Green, Matte Black and Matte Grey.

Engine and Power

It will be powered by a 348.36 cc single-cylinder, air-cooled engine that produces 20.8 bhp of power at 5500 rpm and 30 Nm of torque at 3000 rpm. The engine will be mated to a five-speed gearbox with a slipper clutch. The bike will also have Honda Selectable Torque Control (HSTC) system that prevents wheel spin on slippery surfaces.

Fuel Efficiency and Tank Capacity

It is expected to have a fuel efficiency of around 35 kmpl, which is similar to the H'ness CB350. The bike will have a fuel tank capacity of 15 liters, which gives it a decent range of over 500 km on a full tank.

The Honda CB350 Brigade will come with several features that make it a modern and convenient bike. Some of the features are:

  • LED headlamp, tail lamp and turn indicators
  • Semi-digital instrument cluster with analog speedometer and digital display

The front tyre size will be 100/90-19, while the rear tyre size will be 130/70-17. The bike will have a kerb weight of 181 kg, which is slightly heavier than the H'ness CB350.
