The recently released teaser hints at some significant changes in the pickup truck’s exterior. Although, the V Cross retains its rugged and robust design language. The major highlight of the exterior is going to be a new grille with reduced use of chrome. Instead of chrome, the automaker will expectedly introduce a black finish instead of the chrome. Going into more details, the vehicle will get redesigned headlights with a chrome or black finish on the surroundings. The pickup truck is also expected to feature revised headlights and fog lamps while retaining the original essence.
Apart from this, the Isuzu V-Cross will come with a new set of alloy wheels which might come with dual-tone colours. Lastly, the pickup truck is expected to get new claddings and defenders that will enhance the look of the truck.
The facelifted Isuzu V-Cross will retain a similar layout for the interiors. However, the vehicle will receive some major safety features. The 2024 V-Cross facelift is expected to get a new steering wheel with an analogue digital instrument cluster. The infotainment system will be the same unit that is already available on the outgoing model. Other additions to the cabin include 3-point seatbelts for all passengers.
The 2024 Isuzu will continue to come with a tested and trusted 1.9-litre diesel engine which generates a maximum power of 163 bhp and a peak torque of 360 Nm at 2000-2500 RPM. Transmission options for the pickup truck include the same 6-speed manual and 6-speed automatic transmission. Additionally, the 2024 V-Cross will be available with both 4x2 and 4x4 drivetrains.
The new Isuzu V-Cross facelift is expected to be available in some new colour options that will attract more customers towards the pickup truck. The automaker is expected to launch the new V-Cross in the next few weeks.
The forthcoming Isuzu V-Cross Facelift promises significant upgrades, particularly in its exterior design and safety features. While maintaining its rugged appeal, the reduction of chrome in favour of a black finish adds a modern touch. With continued reliability in its engine and transmission options, coupled with anticipated improvements, the V-Cross is set to make a compelling choice in the pickup truck market.
