2025 Hero Splendor Plus Revealed With Starting Price of Rs 79,076, Ex-Showroom

Hero MotoCorp has unveiled the 2025 Splendor Plus in India. The MY2025 stock of Splendor Plus Drum, Splendor Plus i3S, and Splendor i3S Black and accent colors are priced from Rs 79,096 to Rs 80,066. The latest iteration of Splendor Plus XTEC Drum, XTEC Disc, and XTEC 2.0 are also revealed. If you plan to buy the 2025 Hero Splendor this year, you must know the updated price and specifications. 

2025 Hero Splendor Plus Price in India

The Hero Splendor Plus Drum Brake is priced at Rs 79,076, while the Splendor i3S and i3S Black & Accent are priced at Rs 80,066. 

The Splendor XTEC Drum Brake, XTEC Disc Brake, and XTEC 2.0 Drum Brake are priced at Rs 82,751, Rs 86,051, and Rs 85,001, respectively. 

2025 Hero Splendor Plus Specifications: What’s Changed?

Hero MotoCorp has now offered an updated BS6 Phase II OBD-2B compliant engine. The 97.2cc motor now meets the stricter emission norms while ensuring the power delivery and torque remain the same. The updated petrol engine continues to deliver 7.91 bhp and 8.05 Nm of torque, and the engine is paired with a 4-speed gearbox.

The 2025 Splendor Plus has minor cosmetic changes like new panels, refreshed graphics, updated rear pillion grab rails, and a rear luggage rack. However, the design changes vary from variant to variant. 

Depending upon the variant, there are also changes in the features. Some key features include a fully digital instrument cluster, LED headlamps and DRLs, and front disc brakes. Now, the instrument cluster supports Bluetooth connectivity and smartphones.

Electric Version of Hero Splendor

Hero MotoCorp also plans to launch an electric variant of its flagship Splendor Plus bike in India. The Hero Splendor Electric will arrive in 2027 and be the first mass-market e-motorcycle from this homegrown two-wheeler manufacturer. With the launch of the electric Splendor, Hero aims to achieve annual sales of 200,000 units.
