Kawasaki ZH2 and ZH2 SE

Kawasaki India has officially launched the 2025 iterations of the Z H2 and Z H2 SE motorcycles. The 2025 Z H2 comes with a price tag of ₹24.18 lakh, while the Z H2 SE is priced at ₹28.59 lakh (ex-showroom). Both models see a price hike and retain their status as premium Hypernaked motorcycles. The SE version features more advanced hardware compared to the standard Z H2.

Design and Color Options

The basic Z H2 is available in Emerald Blazed Green/Metallic Matte Graphenesteel Gray/Metallic Diablo Black, while the Z H2 SE is available in the eye-catching Metallic Matte Graphenesteel Gray/Mirror Coated Black for 2025. Their aggressive and athletic looks are made stronger by these vivid color choices.

Engine and Performance

Both the Z H2 and Z H2 SE are powered by a 998cc, inline four-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine with a supercharger. This engine delivers an impressive 197.2 bhp at 11,000 rpm and a peak torque of 137 Nm at 8,500 rpm. The motorcycles are equipped with a six-speed gearbox featuring a slip and assist clutch and Kawasaki Quick Shifter, allowing for seamless upshifts and downshifts above 2,500 rpm.

Advanced Hardware and Suspension

A trellis frame made of high-tensile steel supports both types. Separate function forks with adjustable compression, rebound damping, and preload are part of the suspension system for the standard Z H2. A gas-charged shock absorber with spring preload and adjustable rebound damping is located at the back.

With its Kawasaki Electronic Control Suspension (KECS), which incorporates Showa's Skyhook technology for enhanced handling and riding comfort, the Z H2 SE stands out.

Braking System

The braking configuration includes twin 320 mm front discs and a single 260 mm rear rotor. The Z H2 features Brembo M4.32 monobloc callipers paired with a Nissin master cylinder, while the Z H2 SE upgrades to a higher-spec Brembo Stylema monobloc caliper and a Brembo front master cylinder for enhanced braking performance.
