Ather 450 Apex Deliveries Started in India, Make Booking at Rs 2,500

Ather Energy has started deliveries for its new scooter, the 450 Apex, which costs Rs 1.89 lakh ex-showroom. You can book 450 Apex at a fully refundable amount of Rs 2,500. The new flagship 450 Apex is expected to be the last model in the 450 lineup of Ather. With the 450 Apex, Ather Energy will be celebrating its 10 years of Ather Energy.

Ather Rizta: Features and Specs

Though we have seen the alluring colors of 450 Apex in blue and orange schemes only, this performance scooter is all set to attract the enthusiast with its features and specifications. The translucent panels are the remarkable visual feature being offered by the brand in 450 Apex.

The scooter has seen improvement in acceleration time and top speed, thanks to the PMS motor which now produces 7 kW (9.3 bhp), compared to the 6.4 kW (8.5 bhp) on 450X. On the other hand, we can see that the peak torque has remained the same at 26 Nm.

Ather 450 Apex- New Design

Talking about the performance offered by 450 Apex, the e-scooter gives a top speed of 90 kmph to 100 kmph. Moreover, the 0 to 40 kmph acceleration time has been dropped to 2.9 seconds from 3.3 seconds. The company has improved the initial acceleration by 13%, in addition to this the acceleration has improved by 30% between 40 to 80 kmph.

Needless to mention the new Magic Twist available in the 450 Apex model. This will make sure to bring negative throttle to the 450 Apex for regenerative barking. The throttle can easily be twisted toward the negative direction for up to 15 degrees.

Upcoming Plans

Along with this Ather is also looking forward to a new family scooter. As most of us are already aware of the name, Rizta is claimed to have the biggest seat to claim its superiority in the family scooter category. Ather has been launching teasers and recently put up a billboard banner to claim the USP of Rizta which is set to be launched in the upcoming months.
