His responsibilities included serving as business director for 3M Industrial Business in Asia and Greater China and as managing director of 3M Philippines.

Before his tenure at 3M, Ramadurai worked with TVS Motor Ltd, Sundaram Clayton Ltd, and the Oil & Natural Gas Commission (ONGC). He currently serves as an independent director at Anthem Biosciences Ltd. and Centum Electronics Ltd. He has also been a Non-Executive Director at Ashirvad Pipes Pvt. Ltd.

Bosch described Ramadurai as a leader with expertise in commercial excellence, go-to-market innovation, and multicultural leadership. His educational background includes a Bachelor of Technology in Chemical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Kanpur and a postgraduate diploma in management from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Calcutta.
