BMW has revealed a highly exclusive M 1000 RR Isle of Man TT Edition, celebrating racing heritage with just 115 units worldwide.

BMW Motorrad has introduced the M 1000 RR Limited Edition Isle of Man TT, a special collector's model. This edition is based on the M 1000 RR M Competition and celebrates the 115th Isle of Man Tourist Trophy, which will take place in 2026. Only 115 units will be produced, reflecting the number of TT events held since its inception.

Design and Special Features

The BMW M 1000 RR Isle of Man TT Limited Edition features a British racing green uni-matte finish. The motorcycle displays graphics of selected corners from the TT Mountain Course. The left fairing side shows left-hand turns, while the right side depicts right-hand turns.

Additional unique elements include a carbon airbox cover with a Mountain Course graphic and TT logo, a black Alcantara seat, and an aluminum tank in satin chrome. TT branding appears on the rear frame. Each motorcycle is individually numbered on the top yoke and comes with a certificate of authenticity.

Performance and Equipment

The mechanical specifications remain unchanged from the standard M 1000 RR M Competition. The bike uses a 999cc inline-four engine that delivers 205 HP at 13,000 rpm and 112.5 Nm of torque at 11,100 rpm. The limited edition includes an M Race Cover Kit, a rear workstand, assembly stand mounting, and an M motorcycle mat. Both the M and TT logos are featured on the mat.

BMW and Isle of Man TT History

BMW Motorrad highlights its long-standing connection to the Isle of Man TT. In 1939, Georg Meier won the Senior TT riding a BMW RS 255 Kompressor. More recently, in 2023, Peter Hickman set the all-time TT Mountain Course lap record. He completed the course in 16.36115 minutes at an average speed of 136.358 mph, riding a BMW M 1000 RR in Superstock specifications.
