DriveX launches integrated RTO services for two-wheeler customers in Bengaluru and Chennai
DriveX expands its customer-focused services by offering integrated RTO solutions, making two-wheeler registration and ownership processes faster and more convenient in key metro cities.

DriveX, a pre-owned two-wheeler platform, has launched a new integrated Regional Transport Office (RTO) service in Bengaluru and Chennai. The service aims to simplify registration, ownership transfer, and documentation for customers in these cities. DriveX manages the entire process, reducing the paperwork and administrative steps that often require multiple visits to RTO offices.
Key Highlights
- DriveX launches integrated RTO services in Bengaluru and Chennai for two-wheeler customers.
- Service covers the transfer of the registration certificate, ownership transfer, and hypothecation updates.
- Customers submit requests online and receive regular status updates throughout the process.
New RTO Service Details
The new offering consolidates vehicle registration and documentation processes onto a single platform. Customers can access services such as Registration Certificate (RC) Transfer, Ownership Transfer, and Hypothecation (HP) Addition and Termination. Other vehicle record updates are also included in the service.
DriveX allows customers to submit requests online. After submission, the company’s documentation team manages the process on the customer's behalf. The process covers document verification, application filing, status tracking, and completion. Customers receive regular status updates and the updated Registration Certificate once the process is complete.
Customer Journey and Benefits
The customer journey involves four main steps. First, customers select the required RTO service. Next, they share vehicle and document details online. The DriveX team then coordinates with the relevant authorities to process the request. Finally, customers receive the updated Registration Certificate after completion.
DriveX states that the service is offered at nominal charges. The company’s documentation professionals ensure regulatory compliance and aim to minimise delays. This approach is part of DriveX’s broader strategy to provide end-to-end vehicle ownership solutions beyond just selling pre-owned two-wheelers.
DriveX’s Broader Offerings
The launch of integrated RTO services adds to DriveX’s existing range of offerings. These include certified pre-owned two-wheelers, financing and EMI options, warranty-backed ownership, and after-sales support. By managing RTO processes, DriveX seeks to enhance the customer experience and streamline vehicle ownership in Bengaluru and Chennai.
