Ferrari has launched the new Amalfi Spider in India, with prices starting at Rs. 4.6 crore (ex-showroom). The Amalfi Spider is the convertible version of the Amalfi coupe, which itself succeeds the Roma. The car features a 3.9-litre twin-turbo V8 petrol engine that produces 640 HP of power and 760 Nm of torque.
Key Highlights
- The Ferrari Amalfi Spider was launched in India at Rs 4.6 crore ex-showroom.
- A 3.9-litre twin-turbo V8 engine delivers 640 HP and 760 Nm torque.
- The convertible soft top opens or closes in 13.5 seconds at speeds up to 60 km/h.

Design and Features

The Ferrari Amalfi Spider comes with a sleek front fascia and 20-inch alloy wheels. The car is equipped with all-LED lighting, quad-tip exhausts, and a rear diffuser finished in gloss black. Inside, the cabin features a 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment unit, a 15.6-inch digital instrument console, and an 8.8-inch display for the front passenger.
For safety and convenience, the car includes Level 2 Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) and an active spoiler. The feature set mirrors that of the coupe, maintaining Ferrari’s focus on performance and technology.
Performance and Engine Details
The Ferrari Amalfi Spider uses an eight-speed dual-clutch transmission (DCT). This combination allows the car to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in 3.3 seconds. This acceleration time matches that of the coupe, despite the convertible soft top adding 86 kg to the vehicle’s weight.
The convertible soft top is a key feature of the Amalfi Spider. It can be opened or closed electrically in 13.5 seconds, even while driving at speeds up to 60 kmph. This remains the only significant difference between the Spider and the coupé. All other technical specifications and features are identical, except for optional extras.

The car’s launch expands Ferrari’s presence in the country and provides an option for those preferring a convertible over a coupe. The Amalfi Spider’s combination of power, technology, and open-top driving aims to attract enthusiasts and collectors alike.
