Ford took an exit from India on September 9, 2021 but we still remember their iconic SUVs. We are waiting for this manufacturer to come to India again so let's know when this fortune will happen. Now let’s focus on what Ford has revealed in Australia, a rugged SUV totally made for off-roading named Everest Tremor. This SUV is more powerful than the one we had in India the Endeavour Moniker.
Pricing and launch expectation in India
In Australia Ford Everest Tremor is priced at $83,303 which is roughly around ₹46.94 lakhs in Indian rupee. The main question is that if it comes to India, well it is likely to come as CBU (completely built unit) in 2025 or 2026. But the cost will be on the higher sides as it is not getting manufactured in India and taxes will be imposed.
Engine and Power
Let’s talk about the engine specifications of the Everest Tremor. It comes with a 3.0 liter V6 diesel engine and of course with 4WD capability. In terms of performance it produces power of 250 bhp and torque of 600 Nm. All four wheels are powered by the 10-speed automatic transmission.
Exterior and Looks

You will get to see 17 inch black alloy wheels which look fabulous wrapped in General Grabber AT3 all-terrain tyres and above that it is complimented with Asphalt Black wheel arch.

As we are talking about looks, this Ford Everest Tremor comes with position-sensitive bilstein dampers and a lift kit. Don’t worry it does not affect its towing capacity which is 3.5 tonne.
At the front they have included a new grille which comes with factory fitted auxiliary LED lights, front tow hooks and steel bash plate. On top of that you can do modifications as they offer different packs for offroading– where you can add a stealth bar at the front, auxiliary switch bank and ARB under vehicle armour.

Interior
On the inside they have added ebony-accented seats that complemented with the embossed Tremor Logo. Below on the surface you get all weather floor mats and also a tremor badging on the front doors.

There are a total seven drive modes for both on and off-roading. In which the special one is a new addition of drive mode called Rock Crawl which is for low-speed vehicle control when driving on extreme terrain.
