Key Features of the Venom F5-M

The Venom F5-M Roadster retains some design cues from the Evolution series but introduces several unique elements. A prominent roof-mounted air intake scoop sits behind the removable roof, channelling cool air directly to the engine bay. A 55-inch (1.4-metre) dorsal fin extends from behind the scoop to the rear of the car, enhancing aerodynamics at speeds above 320kph, according to Hennessey.

Customers can personalise their manual Venom F5 through Hennessey’s ‘Maverick’ division. The first customer car features hand-painted US and UK flags on both sides of the fin, finished in gold. The exterior showcases exposed purple carbon fibre with anodised gold accents, a 24-karat gold ‘Hennessey’ badge on the nose, and ‘Sheikh’ lettering at the rear and on the knee pads inside the cabin.

The interior offers a yoke-style steering wheel with stitched leather, physical buttons and dials, and exposed carbon fibre. Real metal and high-quality leather trim are present throughout. The digital instrument panel is positioned in the driver’s line of sight, and the short-throw gear lever provides a precise, machined-metal feel. While the F5-M can be specified with an aluminium and carbon-fibre shifter, this example uses billet aluminium.

The Venom F5-M is powered by a 6.6-litre twin-turbocharged V8 engine producing 2,031 HP. This ‘Fury’ engine sends power to the rear wheels through a 6-speed manual transmission. Hennessey has not released official performance figures but states the powertrain includes advanced traction control and engine management systems for precise power delivery.

The hypercar features active suspension, allowing the damping to adjust based on the selected drive mode. Hennessey plans to extend the updated chassis and manual gearbox to other coupé and Roadster variants of the Venom F5, though a specific timeline has not been provided.

Production of the Venom F5-M Roadster will be limited to 12 units worldwide. Prices start at USD 2.65 million, which is approximately Rs 25.24 crore. The exclusivity and bespoke options highlight the brand’s focus on customisation and performance.
