Hero MotoCorp is revving up its motorcycle portfolio for the 2025 season. With the latest teaser launch of the upcoming Glamour X, the brand is making a bold promise for enthusiasts to gift a fresh contender in the 125 cc segment. The upcoming Glamour X, or Glamour 125, is scheduled to launch on August 19, 2025. The teaser tagged the upcoming Glamour 125 as “India’s most futuristic 125 cc.”
With Hero MotoCorp's legacy of combining style, performance, and technology, this new bike is expected to elevate the riding experience, especially for the youth and daily commuters seeking reliability and flair. Ahead of its launch, some leaks about the new bike have surfaced on social media. Let's take a closer look at the Glamour X.

The new teaser reveals the name of Hero MotoCorp’s upcoming commuter motorcycle, known as the Glamour X. This upcoming motorcycle is tagged as India’s most futuristic 125 cc bike. This hints to us that the bike will have a powerful yet efficient engine under the 125 cc segment.
The 2025 Glamour X is likely to follow the same design language as the other predecessor models. The front fascia offers sport tank shrouds with a racing-inspired slim body. However, the brand has not revealed any additional information about its design or specifications, despite the teaser being better than nothing.
The 2025 Hero Glamour X is likely to retain its existing powertrain from the current ongoing sale model. The bike will be powered by a 124.7 cc single-cylinder, air-cooled engine that produces 10.39 HP of power and 10.6 Nm of peak torque.
This engine will be mated with a 5-speed gearbox system. Considering its previous iteration, the bike will be able to offer the claimed mileage of around 63 kmpl. This impressive fuel efficiency will make it an economical choice for city riders and highway enthusiasts.

The all-new Glamour 125 comes with modern amenities such as a fully digital LCD instrument featuring similar body graphics to those of the Hero XMR 210. The motorcycle also offers the following features:
The most sophisticated feature of this bike is its cruise control option. This will be the very first Indian bike that comes with the latest cruise control technology. With features like kick and self-start, i3s technology for idle start-stop, and a lightweight frame, it is designed to give more comfort and reliability with enhanced performance.
Hero’s strategy would likely involve upgrading the existing tech and comfort features, making the Glamour X a strong player in the 125cc bike market. The bike will feature some additional tweaks over the Hero Xtreme 250R.
The Hero Glamour X is ready to make an impression with its blend of modern technology, efficient performance, and sporty design. It’s poised to deliver a compelling riding experience for urban commuters seeking style and reliability. Also, the new 125 cc bike will create a new chapter in Hero’s 125 cc lineup that balances innovation with practicality perfectly. Let us wait to see how this looks when it is released.
