Hero MotoCorp has entered the German motorcycle market through a partnership with Austria-based KSR Group. The company launched two models, the Euro 5+ compliant XPulse 200 4V and the off-road-orientated XPulse 200 Pro. This marks Hero MotoCorp's expansion into its fifth European market, following the UK, France, Spain, and Italy. The company's global presence now covers 53 countries.

XPulse 200 Series Details
The standard Hero XPulse 200 4V is priced at €2,990, which is approximately Rs 3.29 lakh. The XPulse 200 Pro, designed for enhanced off-road performance, costs €3,290 or about Rs 3.62 lakh. Both models feature a 199.6cc, four-valve engine producing 18.9 HP and 17.35 Nm of torque. These motorcycles come equipped with three ABS modes, Bluetooth-enabled turn-by-turn navigation, an LCD instrument cluster, and an LED projector headlamp.
The XPulse 200 Pro offers several upgrades for off-road use. It includes longer-travel, fully adjustable suspension, higher ground clearance, and a taller seat. These features aim to improve the motorcycle's capability on challenging terrain.
Sales Network and Warranty
Hero MotoCorp will initially sell its motorcycles through more than 28 sales and service outlets across Germany. The company plans to expand this network in the future to reach more customers. As part of the launch, Hero MotoCorp offers a five-year warranty on both models. This includes a standard three-year warranty and an additional two years as a launch offer.
The entry into Germany strengthens Hero MotoCorp's position in the European market. The partnership with KSR Group allows the company to leverage local expertise for distribution and after-sales support. The launch of the XPulse 200 series in Germany reflects the company's strategy to expand its international footprint.
