With a revenue of Rs 12,126 crore and a profit after tax of Rs 1,393 crore, Hero MotoCorp has outpaced industry growth, solidifying its position as the market leader.
Hero MotoCorp’s global operations and emerging electric vehicle segment, VIDA, have also contributed significantly to the company’s growth. The company’s EBITDA margin has expanded to 15%, highlighting operational efficiency and a stronger product mix.
Hero MotoCorp’s Q2FY26 results showcase a remarkable 16% year-on-year growth in both revenue and profit after tax. EBITDA for the period was Rs 1,823 crore, up 20% from the previous year, with margins improving by 55 basis points to 15%.
In Q2FY26, Hero MotoCorp sold 16.91 lakh units of motorcycles and scooters, a significant increase from the previous year. For the first half of FY26, the company’s total sales reached 30.58 lakh units, further cementing its dominance in the Indian two-wheeler market. The company’s market share remains robust, with both its ICE and EV segments experiencing strong growth.
Speaking about these milestones, Mr. Vivek Anad, Chief Financial Officer, Hero MotoCorp, said, "The change in the GST regime has fundamentally simplified India's indirect tax structure and demonstrably improved consumer sentiment. The industry witnessed direct benefits of this policy reform, reflected in strong market performance".
He also added, "Hero MotoCorp witnessed strong momentum aided by the success of our new launches, expanding product portfolio, and customer-centric marketing campaigns."

Hero MotoCorp’s success is attributed to its broad-based market recovery, festive demand, and an expanding premium and EV portfolio. The company has strengthened its 100 cc-125 cc lineup with new launches such as the HF Deluxe Pro, Glamour X, Destini 125, and Xpulse 210.
