Hero MotoCorp Sales July 2025—Domestic Growth by 21%, VIDA sets new benchmark

​Hero MotoCorp India has reported that they have gained a slight rise in terms of sales and services in July 2025. The brand has sold over 449,755 units in July, which is more than in July 2024. These July sales figures include both the sales of motorcycles and scooters combined.

With an impressive success rate, the brand resonates with a 21% increase in year-on-year growth. Its electric two-wheeler division, VIDA, surges ahead with record-breaking sales in July 2025. Hero also registered more than 339,827 VAHAN retail registrations. This proceeds with the market trends across both urban and rural regions. Motorcycle sales lead the market

The most important factor of Hero’s sales success comes from its motorcycle division. In July, the brand alone sold over 400,615 motorcycles, which is more when compared with 340,390 units in July 2024. This surge in volumes reflects Hero’s sustainability as a brand. The two-wheeler automaker is known for its loyalty, strategic launches, and consumer trust in its reliability.

Hero also expanded the motorcycle portfolio with the launch of the all-new HF Deluxe Pro. The 2025 edition of HF Deluxue Pro features a commuting refreshed design with enriched features, and superior fuel efficiency. The new model enhances the appeal of the entry-level motorcycle segment for affordable customers.

VIDA rises in sales

VIDA, powered by Hero Motocorp, achieved a major landmark. The scooter sold around 49,140 units in July 2025. This remarkable gain reflects the highest-ever monthly performance, with 11,226 units dispatched and 10,489 VAHAN registrations.

The recently launched VIDA Scooter VX2 has received an exceptional market response. Even with the all-new petrol version, Xoom 160 is reinforcing its position in the fast-growing two-wheeler market. Both VIDA and Hero Xoom will contribute the sales figures in the upcoming months.

Exported 37,358 vehicles globally

In July 2025, we saw explosive double-digit growth. Hero exported vehicles to different parts of the world, with 37,358 exported globally. The company’s focus on expanding its footprint in Africa, Latin America, and Asia appears to be yielding tangible dividends.
