Exports Performance
Exports surged impressively by 170.00% to 3,749 units in December 2023 from 1,388 units in December 2022, marking the company's highest-ever monthly export volume. This substantial growth significantly contributed to the overall sales performance, reaching a total of 11,651 units in December 2023, signifying a remarkable 37.88% increase from December 2022.

Mr. Yuichi Murata, Director of Marketing and Sales at Honda Cars India Ltd, highlighted the positive sales momentum driven by the successful introduction of the new SUV, Elevate.
This model has become a significant contributor, accounting for over 50% of total sales and maximizing deliveries to customers. Additionally, he expressed optimism for 2024, citing strong sales momentum and a robust business plan.
Honda Elevate Impact
The recently launched Honda Elevate, introduced in September 2023, has bolstered sales for Honda Cars India. Positioned in the competitive 4.3-meter long SUV segment, it competes with notable rivals such as the Hyundai Creta, Kia Seltos, Maruti Suzuki Grand Vitara, and Toyota Urban Cruiser Hyryder.
