Hyundai Exter S(O)+ and S+ Trims: Sunroof Now Up to Rs. 46000 More Affordable

Hyundai has introduced two new trims of the Exter, making the sunroof more affordable on this micro -SUV. The new Exter S(o)+ costs Rs. 7.86 lakh, and the Exter S+ AMT costs Rs. 8.44 Lakh (both prices are ex-showroom).

The new S(O)+ manual trim is priced between the S(O) at Rs. 7.65 lakh and SX at Rs. 8.23 lakh. The new S+ AMT trim is priced between the S AMT at Rs. 8.23 lakh and SX at Rs. 8.90 lakh.
New on the Exter S(O)+ and S+
Previously, the single-pane sunroof was only available starting from SX trim of the Exter. The new S(O)+ trim reduces the price of the sunroof by Rs. 37,000 for manual models, while the S+ AMT trim lowers it by Rs. 46,000 for automatic models.
The Exter is now the second-most affordable car with sunroof, with the TATA Altroz XM S trim being the most affordable at Rs. 7.45 lakh.
Aside from the sunroof, both new trims have the same features as the trim below them. They come with a digital instrument cluster, an 8.0-inch touchscreen with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, rear AC vents, all power windows, LED DRLs, and follow-me-home headlights.
For safety, both trims include 6 airbags, 3-point seatbelts for all seats, TPMS, ESC, hill start assist, and ABS with EBD. They both use the same 83hp, 114Nm 1.2-liter petrol engine.
In conclusion, The new Exter S(O)+ AND S+ add a sunroof while retaining features from the lower trims. They offer a digital instrument cluster, touchscreen infotainment, and key safety features. Both trims use the same 83hp, 1.2-liter petrol engine.
