The Indian Challenger Elite motorcycle is inspired by Gene “Alabama Flash” Walker and has a tri-tone color scheme with Black Candy and Red Candy over Crystal White Pearl Satin. Additionally, the brand offers a special paint that includes glass particles for a glossy finish. Each bike is said to be individually numbered and gets images of Walker’s PowerPlus racer on the center console.
Inspired by the production of 20,000 PowerPlus models manufactured for the US Army in 1916, the limited edition Pursuit Elite also features a tri-tone color scheme with Black Candy, Black Forest Candy, and hand-painted Championship Gold. The look of this premium motorcycle is further enhanced with Black Dark Horse finishes. Each model features a unique PowerPlus 112 engine color, exclusive Elite badging, and an individually numbered center console.
Both models, the Challenger Elite and Pursuit Elite, are powered by the same liquid-cooled PowerPlus 112 V-twin engine capable of delivering 126 horsepower and 181.4 Nm of torque. The engine is rated to produce consistent and sustainable power with quick acceleration in all gears, providing an exhilarating riding experience.
Both models offer the same features, including a seven-inch RIDE COMMAND display that provides bike information, Bluetooth connectivity, and ride mode options. With RIDE COMMAND+, the riders can use GPS navigation, turn-by-turn directions, and Apple CarPlay. There is a Bike Locator feature that allows remote tracking of the motorcycle.
The Challenger and Pursuit Elite have electronically adjustable rear suspension preload settings for a comfortable ride. The motorcycles are also equipped with new Rider Assist features paired with SmartLean technology, including a combined braking system, blind spot and rain collision warning, and bike hold control.
These motorcycles are built with high-quality components, such as Pathfinder Adaptive LED Headlights, and offer three ride modes to provide a tailored riding experience. In the Indian Challenger Elite, there is an adjustable flare windshield, while the Indian Pursuit Elite gets an electronically controlled windshield.
The Challenger Elite has 68 liters of storage, while the Pursuit Elite has 140. In both models, keyless ignition, cruise control, and USB charging are standard. The Pursuit Elite motorcycle also gets color-matched stitched heated seats and heated grips.
