The company has announced the ISUZU I-Care Pre-Summer Camp, a limited-period service program tailored for ISUZU D-MAX pickups and SUVs, aimed at ensuring trouble-free, comfortable drives in the hot season ahead.

Positioned as a customer-centric aftersales engagement, the camp brings together preventive maintenance, value-added checks, and attractive discounts under one umbrella. Owners visiting authorized ISUZU workshops during the campaign window can get their vehicles inspected, serviced, and refreshed with summer-focused checks while also saving on labor, parts, lubes, roadside assistance, and warranty packages.

Camp Period and Coverage

The ISUZU I-Care Pre-Summer Camp will be held across all authorized ISUZU dealer service outlets in India from 23 to 28 March 2026, both days inclusive. The program is open to the entire range of ISUZU D-MAX pickups and SUVs sold in the country.

Isuzu will run the camp through its widespread service network, spanning more than 100 touchpoints nationwide. Locations include key cities and towns such as Chennai, Delhi, Mumbai (Nerul and Borivali), Bengaluru, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Jaipur, Lucknow, Pune, Coimbatore, Guwahati, Kochi, and several emerging commercial hubs, including Mundra, Gandhidham, Baramulla, and Leh, among many others.

Customers visiting the pre-summer camp will be eligible for a complimentary 37-point comprehensive vehicle check-up designed to identify issues before they escalate in peak summer. This covers essential systems and components to help maintain reliability, performance, and cabin comfort when temperatures soar.

Alongside the free inspection, ISUZU is offering a 10% discount on labor charges and a 5% discount on genuine parts during the camp period. Owners can also avail a 5% discount on lubes and fluids, helping reduce the overall cost of periodic maintenance or any recommended replacements.

Value adds: RSA, Procare, and Warranty

Beyond routine service support, the brand is using the camp to promote long-term peace of mind products. Customers can opt for a 20% discount on retail Roadside Assistance (RSA), strengthening backup support in case of unforeseen breakdowns during summer road trips or work runs.

ISUZU is also extending a 5% offer on its PROCARE program specifically for BS6 S-CAB, S-CAB Z and D-MAX models. In addition, there is a 20% discount on the extended warranty for BS6 S-CAB, S-CAB Z, and D-MAX units purchased after 1 October 2025, with this warranty offer valid until 31 March 2026.

Special support for BS6 vehicles

Recognizing the importance of emissions systems health in modern diesel vehicles, ISUZU is offering a free ‘REGEN’ service for BS6 models as part of the camp. This procedure is intended to support proper operation of the after-treatment system, particularly for vehicles with frequent stop-and-go or low-load usage.
