Kia India is making the festive season celebration double this month. Firstly, the brand has announced the Diwali benefits of up to Rs 1.60 lakh across its portfolio, and now Kia has announced a major upgrade to its after-sales service with a 7-year extended warranty. This significant enhancement, effective immediately, covers popular models like the Seltos, Sonet, Syros, and Carens.
The extended warranty is designed to reinforce Kia's commitment to quality and customer satisfaction while providing extended protection and support through an extensive nationwide dealership network. The new tenure of up to 7 years of extended warranty will be beneficial for both old and new customers who own any Kia cars. This move aims to strengthen ownership value and confidence among Kia buyers across India.
Warranty Extension Boosts Customer Benefits
According to the report, Kia India has revamped the 5-year extended warranty program to 7-year coverage to boost sales and enhance customer benefits during the festive season. Indian customers who own a Kia Seltos, Sonet, or Syros can avail themselves of the 7-year extended warranty program by paying Rs 32,170 (excluding taxes).
New customers can opt directly for the 7-year extended warranty for Rs 47,249, excluding taxes. This extended coverage ensures long-term protection against manufacturing defects and offers customers added assurance over their vehicle’s durability.
National Availability Through Authorized Dealerships
This 7-year extended warranty program is accessible at all authorized dealers of Kia across the country. Kia has established its service network across every state and city to provide customer support, making it easier for owners to enjoy warranty benefits across the Kia car portfolio and maintain the vehicle with the latest genuine accessory parts and expert service.
