Kia strengthens Seltos lineup with new GTX(O) and X-Line(O) top trims in India
Kia India introduces new GTX O and X Line O trims in the Seltos lineup, offering upgraded features, enhanced styling, and improved value for premium SUV buyers.

Kia India has further sharpened its mid-SUV play with the introduction of new GTX(O) and X-Line(O) top trims for the All-New Seltos, bringing segment-leading safety, technology and premium convenience features that build on the SUV’s recent 5-star Bharat NCAP rating and strong customer demand nationwide since its original launch in the Indian market.
Positioned as the most feature-rich Seltos yet, the new GTX(O) and X-Line(O) trims bundle Kia’s ADAS F+ suite with 28 advanced safety functions, in-built navigation, connected car tech and thoughtful everyday conveniences, with prices starting from around ₹21.56 lakh, ensuring the mid-SUV remains one of the most compelling and aspirational choices in its segment for urban families and enthusiastic drivers.
Segment-leading Safety Suite
Kia’s decision to anchor these new variants around safety is backed by the All-New Kia Seltos’ landmark 5-star Bharat NCAP crash test rating, where it emerged as India’s highest-scoring ICE vehicle to date. The GTX(O) and X-Line(O) introduce the brand’s segment-leading ADAS F+ package, offering 28 advanced safety features designed to support drivers in complex real-world scenarios.
Key inclusions span Front Collision-Avoidance Assist functions for junction crossing, lane change oncoming and lane change side, as well as an Evasive Steering Assist capability to help drivers steer around sudden hazards. Highway Driving Assist and Navigation-Based Smart Cruise Control – with both zone and curve intelligence – further add a layer of reassurance on longer highway runs and intercity journeys.
Built on the K3 Platform

Built on Kia’s India-first global K3 platform, the Seltos continues to focus on structural integrity and driving refinement, complemented here by the choice of turbo-petrol and diesel powertrains. Together, these hardware and software enhancements underline Kia India’s intent to make advanced safety more accessible in the mass-premium SUV space.
Technology-Enriched Cabin
Inside, the GTX(O) and X-Line(O) trims are designed to feel like a connected cockpit rather than a traditional SUV cabin. The Connected Car Navigation Cockpit (ccNC) works in tandem with Kia Connect 2.0, which now offers more than 85 connected features catering to navigation, remote operations, vehicle health, and convenience.
Refreshed Features
Talking about the features, the car offers voice-enabled convenience across select regional languages, helping owners interact more naturally with the car’s systems. Additional features such as a Head-Up Display with windshield projection, digital key, smart air purifier with AQI display, rain-sensing wipers and a smart dashcam with front and rear cameras (plus mobile app integration) collectively elevate day-to-day usability.
Thoughtful touches like one-touch auto up/down with safety for all power windows reinforce the “no-compromise” approach to convenience, especially for families who value ease of use in busy urban conditions, by packaging these features within the mid-SUV form factor.
Building On A Proven Mid-SUV Success
Since its introduction, the All-New Seltos has consistently ranked among India’s most successful mid-SUVs, regularly clocking over 10,000 units in monthly sales. This performance is a direct reflection of its blend of design, space, and technology, and the new GTX(O) and X-Line(O) variants aim to push that value proposition even higher.
Market Outlook
Kia India now offers the enhanced Seltos lineup from Rs 10.99 lakh (ex-showroom), giving buyers a wider spread of choices from entry to top trims within the same nameplate. Commenting on the launch, Atul Sood, Senior Vice-President, Marketing & Sales, Kia India, highlighted how the new variants consolidate Kia’s most comprehensive suite of safety, connectivity and premium convenience features into a single offering, further strengthening the SUV’s aspirational appeal.
