Kia Motors India has once again made it into the headlines, and this time it's not about any suspicious upcoming model, but the brand just reflecting its sovereignty. Kia India had announced that they are willing to extend their partnership with the Kendriya Police Kalyan Bhandard (KPKB) by including their models like the Kia Syros and the Carlen Clavis MPV in the fleet.
The brand has reinforced its commitment to serving the nation’s frontline protectors with the strategic inclusion of Syros and Carens Clavis to make them available for police and paramilitary personnel. This move empowers active and retired police and paramilitary forces, along with their families, to access advanced Kia vehicles at exclusive prices and with added convenience.
Kia Syros: Redefining SUV Experience
With this new initiative by the brand, they will get access through all of KPKB's extensive distribution channels or networks. These networks might include 119 master canteens and 1,871 subsidiary outlets. The KPKB network currently services 3.5 million members of the police and paramilitary forces. Kia’s innovative approach provides extensive reach and enhanced customer support to Indian special forces.
The newly launched Kia Syros SUV is now featured in the KPKB network, tailored for serving police and paramedic personnel. Syros combines rugged aesthetics with new-age technologies, including connected car features and responsive performance ideal for the operational needs of law enforcement and medical responders.
Kia Carens Clavis: Strengthening Fleet Choice

The Kia Carens Clavis is one of the most prominent and feature-loaded MPVs in India. Now the car has been added to the KPKB portfolio. Clavis stands out for its durability, safety, and ergonomics, serving as a reliable asset for frontline duty fleets. To improve sales and after-sales support, 362 Kia dealerships have also been incorporated into the program, featuring 92 districts across the nation.
Kia’s Commitment through KPKB
Since its establishment by the Union Ministry of Home Affairs in 2006, KPKB has been a pivotal welfare initiative for Central Armed Police Forces such as BSF, CRPF, CISF, ITBP, SSB, Assam Rifles, and various Central Police Organizations. Kia’s initiative underscores gratitude, affordable mobility, and the brand’s drive to enrich lives through innovation and reliability.
Mr. Atul Sood, VP of Kia India, said, “We are truly honored to strengthen our partnership with Kendriya Police Kalyan Bhandar and extend Kia’s complete ICE portfolio to the courageous police and paramilitary units, as well as their families. This initiative underscores our commitment to delivering advanced and safe sustainable mobility solutions to those who protect and serve the nation.”
Conclusion
By making Syros and Carens Clavis available through KPKB, Kia India has redefined automotive accessibility for those who protect and serve the nation. This strategic allocation not only promotes operational fleets but also symbolizes respect, support, and vision for a safer India. The brand is poised to deliver advanced mobility, comfort, and enduring value directly to police and paramedics.
