The 1390 Super Duke RR is powered by KTM’s 1,350cc LC8 V-twin engine. This engine produces 188bhp and 145Nm of torque. KTM uses new CAMSHIFT technology in the engine to improve fuel combustion across all rev ranges. The motorcycle is 11kg lighter than the standard 1390 Super Duke R. Reduced weight enhances agility, braking response, and rider confidence at high speeds.

The chassis is stiffer and more focused, designed for improved stability and direct handling during aggressive riding. KTM equips the bike with a titanium Akrapovic slip-on exhaust for better throttle response. Suspension duties are managed by WP Pro Components, which are derived from MotoGP technology and offer a high level of adjustability.

Advanced Features and Electronics

The 1390 Super Duke RR features forged wheels and Michelin Power GP Hypersport tyres. For braking, the motorcycle uses Brembo HyPure Sport front brake callipers. KTM includes all Tech Pack features as standard, making the bike one of the most electronically advanced in its segment.

A new 8.8-inch touchscreen TFT dashboard debuts on this model. The system includes a lap timer, telemetry statistics in Track Mode, and a new Beast Mode function. Riders can also access multiple ride modes, rider aids, and ABS settings. These features aim to provide a comprehensive electronic package for both track and road use.

Design and Exclusivity

The 1390 Super Duke RR receives visual updates, including winglets around the tank to increase downforce and reduce front-wheel lift. The headlight design is revised, and the bike features a new colour scheme. These changes help distinguish the RR from the standard Super Duke R.

KTM will produce only 350 units of the 1390 Super Duke RR, adding to its exclusivity. The combination of performance, advanced electronics, and limited production makes this model a notable addition to KTM’s line-up.
