Key Features and Construction

The LS2 Torrent boots feature a mid-cut design that covers the ankle while remaining compact for everyday use. They are suitable for all seasons, including winter, autumn, spring, and summer. The boots are offered in three colour combinations and European sizes ranging from 39 to 47.

The outer shell uses abrasion-resistant 3D polyester mesh combined with thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) panels. The mesh allows air to circulate the foot, while TPU sections reinforce areas prone to wear. LS2 states that the Torrent boots have a waterproof rating of 10,000mm H2O and a breathability rating of 6,000g per square metre over 24 hours.

Protection and Comfort Details

For protection, the Torrent boots include an integrated IPA ankle protector. The toe and heel sections are reinforced to provide impact resistance and enhance durability. The dual-density outsole is designed to offer both grip and support, ensuring stability on a motorcycle footpeg and comfort while walking after riding.

An ergonomic, sweat-absorbing inner sole is included to improve comfort during extended use. LS2 has added a pull tab at the back of the boot to assist with putting the boots on. The Torrent also features a quick-release lacing system, allowing riders to secure the fit quickly and reduce the risk of loose laces interfering with the gear lever, footpeg, or other moving parts.

Reflective strips are placed around the heel and sides of the boots to increase visibility in low-light conditions, enhancing rider safety.
