With the release of the latest teaser, Mahindra puts the spotlight on the rear, underlining Mahindra’s sudden shift to the advancement and innovative styling to lead India’ next era of future mobility. The potential teaser reveals the rear design of the Vision X, which will be unveiled on 15th August, 2025. Let’s check out the latest updates.
Mahindra Vision X Concept: What’s with the updates?
The new teaser shows the rear profile of the Vision X. In the teaser, a smooth, sculpted tailgate with aerodynamic, rich curves shows a slight glimpse of what the upcoming concept car Vision X will look like. Many industry analysts suggest that the rear taillight might be a full-width LED setup. This is a feature that is now reminiscent of most upscaling models, like the XEV 9e and BE6.
The BE 6 also offers a similar arrangement, but Vision X could be sculpted by straight lines for the entire tail concept. Another rearview design of the Mahindra car can be seen, although it does not have the same aesthetic as the Vision T and Vision SXT. There is also housing for the registration plate in the bumper.
Expected Design
This is the third time Mahindra has shown a design profile via teaser for the upcoming Vision X Concept. The previous Mahindra Vision X teasers gave up the top and side views of the car. From the teaser, we can see that the headlamps have been mounted from the bumpers. The Vision X is also badged with a wheel-arch cladding and customized with Mustang-wrapped under alloy wheels.
The upcoming Vision X is expected to be based on the next platform of the XUV lineup. Most probably will be following on the XEV 7e platform. All four models of Mahindra are debuting this month, leveraging the monocoque chassis.
Conclusion
With a small teaser released, the brand still has not revealed anything officially. For us, no details are disclosed for the Vision X. However, we can expect an underwhelming reveal of the brand-new car by August 15.
