Mahindra offers around 43 variants of XUV700, including the base MX variant to the fully-equipped AX7 L Ebony Edition.
The Mahindra XUV700 lineup has been streamlined by discontinuing its 5-seater variant. With this update, the Mahindra XUV700 SUV will now be available in 6-seater and 7-seater options, making it more tailored for family car buyers' needs. The change in the lineup also leads to increased pricing for the model, with the base price of XUV700 now starting at Rs 14.49 lakh from Rs 13.99 lakh.

Mahindra offers around 43 variants of XUV700, including the base MX variant to the fully-equipped AX7 L Ebony Edition. The Ebony Edition is the latest addition to the XUV700 lineup, featuring new visual elements and premium shine to the top-of-the-line trims.
The updated entry-level model is the MX Petrol Manual variant, which was available in a 5-seater option and is now updated to feature seven seats. The AX7 L Diesel Automatic Ebony Edition is the high-spec variant comprising several premium features and seven-seat configurations.
With the latest update, the ex-showroom price for XUV700 starts at Rs 14.49 lakh for the MX petrol seven-seater and goes up to Rs 25.15 lakh for the AX7 AWD Ebony Edition.
In April 2025, Mahindra reported 25% YoY growth with the sales of 48,405 units of its flagship SUVs. The prominent demand for Scorpio N, Mahindra XUV700, and Mahindra Thar led to this positive sales growth.
