Due to such impact, Nissan has rolled out a support incentive program to assist affected customers. Demonstrating its commitment to customer care, the brand has decided to offer a range of services aimed at easing the difficulties faced during this disastrous time.

What Can Owners Expect?

Nissan’s new initiative program is much more focused on the immediate needs of flood-hit vehicle owners. These vehicle owners might get offers on their damaged Nissan cars for a multi-pronged approach that goes beyond the typical timeline. Some essential services can be provided by the brand for its customers.

  • Dedicated Helpdesk: Nissan has established a dedicated helpline (1800 209 3456) to guide customers through claims, services, and logistic support.

At Nissan, our customers are at the core of everything we do, so our goal is to offer complete reassurance to our customers affected by recent floods. Through our helpdesk and prompt delivery of essential services, we aim to reaffirm our commitment to being there for our customers during this challenging time.”
