Indian two-wheeler giant Royal Enfield has launched a groundbreaking new initiative: the Borderless Warranty Program. This global warranty offers international coverage for its motorcycles, allowing riders to travel with peace of mind and access maintenance services anywhere in the world.

What is the Royal Enfield Borderless Warranty Program?

The Borderless Warranty Program is a first-of-its-kind initiative by Royal Enfield, aimed at providing comprehensive international warranty coverage for its motorcycle range. Under this program, any Royal Enfield motorcycle currently covered under the brand’s warranty can benefit from this global coverage. New buyers can also opt for this warranty at any of the brand’s authorized stores around the world.

Global Presence and Accessibility

Royal Enfield boasts a strong international presence, with a network of over 3,000 authorized service points spread across 2,605 cities in more than 70 countries, including India. This extensive network ensures that Royal Enfield owners can access reliable service and support no matter where their travels take them.

How the Program Works

• Eligibility: The global warranty covers all Royal Enfield motorcycles currently under warranty.

• Service Access: Riders can avail of warranty services at any authorized Royal Enfield service center worldwide, regardless of the motorcycle’s country of registration.

• Exclusions: Motorcycles exported from one country to another as personal imports are not eligible for this program.

• Maintenance Records: Owners must present maintenance and service records, proof of ownership, and motorcycle registration documents for verification.

• Warranty Repairs: Repairs under the warranty are only covered for the remainder of the original warranty period and must be done at authorized service centers. The warranty does not cover aftermarket parts, but the company ensures careful handling of non-genuine spare parts during any disassembly or reassembly.
