Key Features and Design

The Helios Effect does not introduce a new shell or hardware changes. Instead, it offers a more aggressive visual identity with sharp polygon-style panels and distinct color breaks. The helmet is available in three sizes: Medium (57 cm), Large (58 cm), and Extra-Large (60 cm). Six color options are offered: Black and Chameleon Blue, Black Grey and Red, Black White and Red, Black and Red with Metallic Foil, Black and Grey, and Black Blue and White. Both gloss and matte finishes are available.
The helmet weighs 1,400 grams, making it suitable for daily use and longer rides. The shell uses high-impact ABS material and features an aerodynamic spoiler. The dual visor setup includes a clear outer visor and a smoked sun visor, allowing riders to adapt to changing light conditions without stopping to swap visors. The helmet also features the STUDDS AntiFog100 lens, which provides 100 seconds of fog-free vision according to the company.
Comfort and Safety Enhancements
The Helios Effect includes a one-touch quick-release visor mechanism, dynamic ventilation, and integrated vents. It uses regulated density EPS for impact absorption and a removable, washable liner. The inner padding is hypoallergenic. The helmet also has spectacle-friendly cheek pad recesses, speaker pockets, and a quick-release chin strap.
For safety, the Helios Effect is ISI certified under IS 4151 and DOT certified under FMVSS No. 218. It features cataphote retro-reflective padding to improve visibility in low-light conditions when illuminated by vehicle headlights. The helmet is available through offline retail outlets and STUDDS exclusive stores, with online availability planned soon.
