  1. The scooter's battery cannot be removed.

  2. Suzuki hopes to sell 25,000 scooters every year.

Suzuki's New Electric Scooter: India Launch Details

Suzuki's first electric scooter in India, codenamed XF091, will have a non-removable battery and is expected to launch early next year. Production starts in December and the company hopes to sell 25,000 scooters per year.

Suzuki showed off an electric scooter, e-Burgman, with a removable battery last year. It's been tested in India several times, but how similar it is to the version sold in Japan needs to be clarified. The scooter's name is also unknown, but it might be part of the Access or Burgman series, which is very popular.
