Tata Harrier EV Launching Soon: What to Expect?
Tata Motors has confirmed to offer its Harrier EV with vehicle-to-vehicle and vehicle-to-load charging facilities. It will also equip connected car technology, over-the-air updates, and cloud-connected telematics.
Tata Motors has planned three major launches this year, including the Tata Altroz facelift, Harrier EV, and Sierra SUV. While the Altroz facelift is confirmed to hit the showrooms on May 22, the Harrier EV will launch around mid-June, while the Sierra is expected to arrive by the festive season this year. Tata Harrier EV is one of the most anticipated SUVs from India's most credible automotive brands. Tata showcased its production form as the Stealth Edition at the 2025 Bharat Mobility Show. Tata Harrier EV Exterior Design
The SUV will be based on the Gen 2 Acti.ev platform, indicating the SUV will have a closed grille, connected LED DRLs, updated front and rear bumpers, aero optimized 5-spoke alloy wheels, shark fin antenna, silver skid plate, and EV badging in addition to connected LED taillights. The SUV is also expected to borrow major exterior design elements from its ICE-powered sibling.
Tata Harrier EV: Features & Technology
Based on the official teaser, the Harrier EV will likely have a 12.3-inch touchscreen infotainment system, a digital instrument cluster, and a four-spoke steering wheel with the illuminated Tata logo seen in the ICE counterpart. The automaker may provide a dual-tone interior theme, a touch-based HVAC panel, a small drive selector and rotary dial option, an electronic parking brake, and a panoramic sunroof.

The Harrier EV is said to have a multi-link rear suspension that will replace the regular torsion beam unit.
Tata Harrier EV Battery & Range
Currently, the battery and range capabilities are not confirmed by the company. However, the EV is anticipated to have multiple battery pack options, dual electric motors, and an AWD setup. Tata has confirmed that the Harrier EV will have a maximum torque capacity of 500 Nm.
