Toyota is known for it’s reliability and trust among the customers. When it comes to Big Suv's, we cannot avoid talking about Toyota. But, for all the Toyota lovers, here is a big breaking news. Toyata India has announced a price increase in its sedan and SUV ranges. The updated price has already started on July 5, 2023. This is the second time the OEM has increased the price of the vehicle in the current year.
But the question here is Why ? Why did Toyota announce the price increase?
Although the manufacturer does not disclose the price increase for each model or the details of the new price, it is said that behind the price increase is the entry fee increase. How much does the price increase? Toyota announced a price hike for all vehicles. The company has priced the Innova Hycross at Rs 18.82 lakh, while it was previously quoted at Rs 18.55 lakh.
Similarly, the Urban Cruiser Hyryder is now priced starting at Rs 10.86, while the popular Fortuner SUV is priced starting at Rs 32.99. The price of all the company's cars is expected to be 1.5–2% higher than before. Currently, Toyota's lineup includes the Glanza, Urban Cruiser Hyryder, Innova Crysta,
Innova Hycross, Fortuner Legender, Camry, and Vellfire. In June 2023, companies sold 19,608 units, an increase of 19% from the low base in June 2023.
This is quite shocking for all the people out there because it happened for the second time in a year. We have no idea yet, How people going to process this news or information and react for the same? But, Undoubtedly it is going to affect so much and so many.
