TVS Motor India is making its way to upgrade the product portfolio for the Indian two-wheeler market. This vehicle will be the very first ADV motorcycle that will bear the nameplate of TVS motorcycles. The prototype model was first showcased at the 2025 Auto Expo for a short period of time. The motorcycle will be the highly anticipated Apache RTX 300, set to debut on October 15, 2025.
The upcoming Apache RTX 300 will carry forward the legacy of the Apache family into the premium 300 cc segment motorcycle, intervening with a blend of sharp design, advanced technology, and racing DNA ready to unleash. Let's take a look at the possible specs and features of this bike, as well as how it will compare to its competitors on Indian roads.

The upcoming TVS Apache RTX 300 will somehow follow the off-roading tourer aesthetics. According to the report, various test mules had been spotted before while testing on Indian roads. However, the patent images and test mules are confirmed as the official exterior design of the Apache RTX 300. Talking about its front, the bike will receive a sculpted fuel tank and an aerodynamic front cowl with twin LED headlamps integrated with LED turn indicators.
Furthermore, the bike will be getting an aggressive look, followed by a muscular fuel tank and aerodynamically rich LED tail lamps. The dynamic graphics, split-seat setup, and precision-cut alloy wheels underline TVS’s commitment to sporty appeal and engineering finesse. At the rear, the RTX 300 will provide grab-tail handlebars, which will be connected to the luggage rack, and an upswept exhaust setup.
The upcoming 2025 Apache RTX 300 will be based on the RT-XD4 engine platform that was first showcased at the MotoSoul Event 2024. For the ADV iteration, the TVS Apache would be powering the RTX 300 with a 300 cc liquid-cooled engine. This engine will be paired with a 6-speed transmission that churns out 35 HP of power and 28.5 Nm of peak torque. This setup is likely derived from the proven architecture jointly developed with BMW Motorrad, ensuring robust power delivery and refined performance across the portfolio.
Since the upcoming Apache bike will carry forward the legacy of Apache generations, we can expect that the bike will come with a fully digital TFT instrument cluster with advanced Bluetooth connectivity. Additional features might include turn-by-turn navigation, call & message alerts, and advanced TVS SmartXConnect functions. To enhance responsiveness, the motorcycle could feature ride-by-wire technology and multiple riding modes.
Other highlights may include a keyless ignition system, a USB charging port, and ride telemetry. Together, these features promise to deliver a connected and engaging motorcycling experience. The brand will also offer 19-inch front and 17-inch rear alloy wheels for better off-roading terrains. For safety, the RTX 300 will be equipped with a single disc brake setup integrated with dual-channel ABS for more prior support.

TVS has not disclosed any news related to the pricing of the bike. According to many professional automotive industry analysts, the brand will price the bike between Rs 2.70 lakh and Rs 3.00 lakh (ex-showroom) in India. This pricing strategy could make it one of the most value-packed offerings in the premium 300 cc adventure category.
The motorcycle will officially debut on October 15, 2025. Bookings are likely to commence shortly after, with deliveries starting before the festive season to capitalize on the sales in the peak buying period. With the RTX 300, TVS aims to rival established names like the KTM Duke 250, BMW G 310 R, and Honda CB300R.
The upcoming launch marks a key milestone for TVS as it continues its upward journey in the performance motorcycle category. The TVS Apache RTX 300 is set to revolutionize the 300 cc segment with its dynamic design, advanced technology, and performance-driven engineering.
