Strategic Service Collaboration Announced

By bringing a gesture of collaboration, the global electric manufacturer VinFast’s VinFast Auto India has signed a service collaboration agreement with the multi-brand vehicle service provider myTVS to strengthen a nationwide after-sales service network.

Plan to Set Up 120 Extended Service Workshops

This collaboration carries an aim to set up 120 extended service workshops across the country and will simultaneously operate with an addition of VinFast’s dealerships and service infrastructure. The initiative is to provide vehicle servicing and the much-needed support for customers to support the company’s entrance into the Indian EV market.

Equipped with Genuine Parts and Trained Technicians

As per the agreement, myTVS is to provide a service coverage by utilising workshops equipped with VinFast’s original parts, diagnostics, repair tools and trained technical personnel.

Pham Sanh Chau, CEO, VinFast Asia, mentioned: "This strategic collaboration with myTVS to expand our comprehensive after-sales service network demonstrates our long-term commitment to the Indian market and our dedication to customer satisfaction. Customers will be able to access after-sales services via a dedicated toll-free helpline and email.
