Volkswagen states the 37 kWh variant has a top speed of 150 kph, while the 52 kWh variant reaches 160 kph.
Charging and Platform Details
The 37 kWh version supports DC charging speeds up to 90 kW, while the 52 kWh variant supports up to 105 kW. Charging from 10 to 80 percent takes 27 minutes for the 37 kWh battery and 24 minutes for the 52 kWh battery. Both versions support AC charging up to 11 kW.
The ID Cross is built on Volkswagen’s MEB+ platform, which it shares with the upcoming ID Polo. The SUV measures 4,153 mm in length, 1,794 mm in width, and 1,581 mm in height, with a wheelbase of 2,601 mm. Ground clearance is 140 mm. The vehicle offers a 475-litre boot and a 22 L frunk.
