Key Design and Feature Updates

The updated Yamaha Fascino 125 Fi Hybrid now measures 1780 mm in overall length. Yamaha's Indian research and development team led the design changes. The rear section has been trimmed, and the tail section is newly sculpted. The scooter also features redesigned taillights, flashers, and a Viconic taillight design. New decals add to the refreshed look.
The scooter retains its 125cc air-cooled, fuel-injected, four-stroke engine. The hybrid system includes a smart motor generator, a stop-and-start system, and enhanced power assist. Standard features remain, such as telescopic suspension, a side stand engine cut-off, and 21 liters of under-seat storage. The Yamaha Fascino 125 Fi Hybrid is compatible with E20 fuel.
Variants and Pricing
The Fascino 125 Fi Hybrid is available in multiple variants. The Drum variant is priced at Rs 76,500 ex-showroom in Delhi. The Disc variant is available at Rs 88,000, while the premium Fascino S variant costs Rs 95,200. The S variant comes with a color TFT instrument cluster, turn-by-turn navigation, and an answer-back function.
The updated scooter will be sold through Yamaha showrooms, including Blue Square Outlets. The design update coincides with the Fascino reaching a production milestone of 1.5 million units. Yamaha first introduced the Fascino model in 2015.
Market Context and Milestone
The price increase reflects inflation and higher input costs as the premium scooter market evolves. The 1.5 million production milestone highlights the growing demand for budget-friendly scooters in India. Yamaha continues to adapt its offerings to meet changing consumer needs and regulatory requirements.
