The Jawa 350 has its charm, but it’s not without flaws. While it excels in build quality, paint finish, and overall aesthetics, I encountered a few functional drawbacks. The mid-range performance is strong, but it cuts out when throttled aggressively. Additionally, the analog instruments, though nostalgic, are poorly positioned, making visibility a challenge. Jawa has made progress, but there’s room for improvement in functionality.

After riding the Jawa 350 for a week, I’m impressed by its versatility. The assist-and-slipper clutch makes gear shifts effortless, and the bike handles beautifully on both smooth highways and light off-road trails. The revamped seat and higher ground clearance ensure a comfortable experience, even during longer rides. It’s not just a motorcycle—it’s a statement for those who value timeless style with updated engineering.

Unfortunately, the Jawa 350 hasn’t lived up to my expectations. While it looks stunning and has great low-end torque, the ride isn’t as smooth as I hoped. The engine vibrates noticeably at higher revs, and the rear suspension feels stiff on bad roads. Additionally, the brakes are good up front but could be better at the rear. Jawa needs to address these issues if they want to compete with Royal Enfield.

The Jawa 350 has its strengths, like a comfortable riding position and impressive design updates, but there are a few issues. While the engine is refined for cruising speeds around 80-90 km/h, it struggles at higher speeds and feels stressed. I also faced a heating issue during traffic-heavy rides, which led to a warning light. These quirks hold back what could otherwise be a perfect retro-modern bike.

I’ve been riding the Jawa 350 for a month, and it’s a fantastic blend of modern performance and retro charm. The new 334cc engine provides smooth low-end torque, perfect for city rides. The revised seat and suspension make longer rides enjoyable, even on slightly rough terrain. Overall, it’s a superb upgrade for those who love classic bikes with modern touches.
