Yet, most of the bikes, ranging from the Adventure, Roadster, Bobber, and Scrambler, are now available under 2 lakh official price under the new GST 2.0 tax reform by the government of India.

GST Rationalisation: A Game Changer for Mid-Displacement Motorcycles

​The 56th GST Council of India proposed a new reform for the two-wheeler industry. Those bikes with engine specifications equal to 350 cc or below will be placed under the 18% tax slab regime. Whereas the bikes above or beyond 350 cc will be taxed at about 40% under the new GST 2.0 tax reform.
