Maini Cars

Maini Group, an Indian company, was pivotal in launching one of the first mass-produced electric cars, the Reva. Maini founded RECC in 1994 and developed six electric, solar, and hybrid-electric cars in India. He holds more than 40 patents in battery and energy management systems for electric vehicles. In 2010, Mahindra acquired Maini's electric vehicle division, rebranding it as Mahindra Electric and developing models like the e2o.
