MG (Morris Garages) is a British automotive brand with a rich history dating back to the early 1920s.The company was founded by Cecil Kimber, and MG Cars quickly gained a reputation for sportiness and performance.

MG produced iconic models such as the MG TC, MG TD, and the MGB, which became popular sports cars.Over the years, MG changed ownership several times, and it is currently owned by SAIC Motor Corporation, a Chinese automotive giant.

The MG Hector SUV was the first car from MG in India in 2019 and is based on parent company SAIC's Baojun 530. It was followed by the launch of the ZS EV and other cars. MG cars are known to offer high-tech features on their cars with first-in-segment features on offer in all of their products. On the horizon, MG is set to introduce 12 cars — MG Starlight, MG IM6, MG HS PHEV — further strengthening its presence in the Indian market.
