Hyundai plans to introduce the Bayon, a crossover SUV already available in Europe. The Bayon will be similar in size to the Hyundai Creta. Expected features include a 12.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system with wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, connected car technology, a wireless charger, and ventilated seats.
Engine options may include a 1.5-litre naturally aspirated petrol with a 6-speed manual or IVT automatic, a 1.5-litre turbocharged petrol with a 6-speed IMT or 7-speed DCT, and a 1.5-litre diesel with a 6-speed manual or automatic transmission.
2. MG IM6
MG will launch the IM6, a fully imported electric crossover SUV. The IM6 is expected to offer a horizontal touchscreen system that serves as both a driver’s display and infotainment unit, with wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay.
Additional features include a secondary infotainment system for climate control, frameless windows, Level-2 ADAS, four-wheel steering, and a moon roof. The estimated range is around 600 km, and the vehicle will support fast charging.
3. Kia Sorento
Kia is set to bring the Sorento as a CKD unit to be assembled in India. The Sorento will compete with the Skoda Kodiaq, Volkswagen Tayron R-Line, and Toyota Fortuner. It is likely to feature a 1.6-litre turbo petrol engine with a hybrid system, though the type of hybrid is yet to be confirmed. All-wheel drive may be available. Features include ventilated and powered front seats, a 10-speaker Bose sound system, a heads-up display, 64-colour ambient lighting, and a panoramic sunroof.
4. JSW Jetour T2
JSW Motors, a new brand in India, will introduce the Jetour T2. This plug-in hybrid SUV resembles the Land Rover Defender and has been seen testing on Indian roads. The T2 is expected to offer a 10-speaker sound system, Level-2 ADAS, multiple driving modes, a panoramic sunroof, and connected car technology. Power will come from a 1.5-litre turbo petrol engine paired with a plug-in hybrid system.

Expected updates include a new touchscreen infotainment system with wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, Level-2 ADAS, flush-fit door handles, updated front LED headlamps with cornering function, and a larger panoramic sunroof. The powertrain will likely remain the same, with a 1.2-litre turbo petrol and a 1.5-litre diesel engine, available with manual, AMT, and DCT automatic transmissions.
6. 2026 Audi Q3
Audi plans to update the Q3 for India. The new Audi Q3 features a bold design, customisable front DRLs, and split rear tail lamps. Engine options may include a 1.5-litre turbo petrol with a mild or plug-in hybrid setup and a 2-litre diesel with a 7-speed dual-clutch automatic.

Volkswagen will also launch the Tayron, positioned below the Tayron R-Line and priced close to the Skoda Kodiaq. Renault will introduce a hybrid powertrain for the Duster, featuring a 1.8-litre turbo petrol engine with about 160 HP combined power. Features will remain unchanged except for the new engine option.
