Three different powertrains are offered for the MG Hector Plus: a 1.5-liter turbo-petrol engine, a 1.5-liter turbo-petrol engine with a hybrid system, and a 2.0-liter diesel engine. The diesel engine can produce 168 horsepower and 350 Nm of torque, compared to the petrol engine's 141 bhp and 250 Nm. The 1.5-liter turbo-petrol engine is mated to a DCT and CVT unit, while the diesel engine and petrol hybrid engine are only available with a six-speed manual transmission.

I bought this car on 20/12/2022. It was my daughter’s birthday. The car is very comfortable. Its mileage is fantastic. The panoramic sunroof is lit.it gives tough competition to mahindra xuv 700. Its exterior is classy. Very best car at excellent price.

One of the most comfortable cars in the segment. The car looks more stylish now, thanks to the front facia and the new red colour that makes it look amazing. Mileage is a factor to be worried about as the new face-lifted models have not received any hybrid models.
