Bajaj has introduced a new Black Gold color for the 2026 Pulsar 150, expanding its palette to five options. The Classic Pulsar 150, a key model in India's premium commuter segment, received a major update in December 2025. The new Black Gold shade is now available across all three variants: 150 SD, 150 SD UG, and 150 TD UG.
Key Highlights
- Bajaj Pulsar 150 now offers a new black gold color option
- Black gold is available across all three Classic Pulsar 150 variants
- The model retains 149.5 cc engine producing 13.8 HP and 13.25 Nm torque
- 2026 update includes LED headlight and turn indicators
- Prices for the Classic Pulsar 150 start at Rs 1.17 lakh ex-showroom
New Colors and Variants

Previously, the 2026 Bajaj Pulsar 150 offered four colors: bottle green with copper beige, ebony black with dark grey, ebony black with ink blue, and ebony black with cherry red. The addition of Black Gold brings the total to five. This new shade is also seen on the Classic Pulsar 125. Black Gold features a black base with gold accents on the fuel tank, engine cowl, wheels, headlight cowl, and rear body panels. Subtle grey highlights complement the gold on the fuel tank and engine cowl.
The Black Gold color is available on all three variants of the Classic Pulsar 150. The range starts at Rs 1.17 lakh (ex-showroom). The top variant, 150 TD UG, also known as the Dual Disc variant, includes features like split rear grab rails, split seats, and a rear disc brake.
Features and Specifications
The 2026 Classic Pulsar 150 retains the updates introduced in December 2025. These include a new LED headlight setup and premium LED turn indicators, which are now standard across the Classic Pulsar range except for the Pulsar 220F. The motorcycle continues to use 17-inch alloy wheels, RSU telescopic front forks, clip-on handlebars, and twin-shock rear suspension.
The instrument cluster remains a fully digital unit. The engine is unchanged, with a 149.5cc single-cylinder air-cooled unit producing 13.8 HP of peak power and 13.25 Nm of peak torque. This engine is paired with a 5-speed gearbox.
Market Context
The Classic Pulsar 150 has maintained its core design for nearly two decades, making only incremental changes over the years. The addition of the Black Gold color aims to keep the model fresh in a competitive segment. While a new white color is currently exclusive to the Classic Pulsar 180, the black gold option strengthens the Pulsar 150's appeal.
